Compliance: conformity in fulfilling official requirements. Regulatory compliance consists of administrative activities that an employer must track to fulfill their compliance obligations under ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and Affordable Care Act. Imagine being an HR manager or the HR specialist trying to track and execute all activities required for complying with these laws and regulations. It sounds like a daunting job. Capstone came to us with the idea of building a system to help companies navigate through the jungle of compliance because everyone needs help with compliance!
We worked with Compliance Dashboard LLC to build the Compliancedashboard® web-based application which not only collects information about an employer’s responsibilities, but also guides the employer through what to do and when to do it.
