WDD Software continues our commitment to helping our youth through health and development efforts.
WDD’s company-wide commitment to support organizations that focus on the health and development of our youth saw a record level of success last year. With $30k raised through our sponsorship of the Youth Mentoring Initiative (YMI) annual Fall Breakfast fundraiser, $59k for the development of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana (BBBSCI) GivingTuesday fundraising application and $10k in individual staff efforts to support these organizations, WDD helped raise $100K last year alone—a record amount for both YMI and BBBSCI in their respective campaigns.
WDD plans to increase the impact with this year’s efforts. Our continued support of YMI’s Annual Breakfast—expected to raise nearly $50K this year; BBBSCI’s GivingTuesday campaign—expected to raise nearly $70K this year; as well as our staff’s continued individual efforts for these organizations—expected to raise nearly $15K this year.
In addition, WDD is proud to announce its support of Riley Children’s Foundation’s GivingTuesday campaign—expected to raise more than $100,000 this year.
“We are excited to continue our support for our community’s youth this year through these three organizations having incredible impact. YMI, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana and Riley Children’s Foundation are all having unprecedented success tackling our youth’s health and development needs” stated Drew Linn, WDD’s Chief Strategy Officer.
WDD takes great pride in supporting the local community and is thrilled to see the advancement that these organizations have made. As community involvement is key to WDD’s culture, we will continue assisting these organizations and look forward to seeing the lasting impact from our partnerships.
