Youth Mentoring Initiative (YMI) today announced that WDD Software Solutions (WDD) would be the title sponsor of their 4th annual Fall Breakfast Fundraiser held in Fishers, Ind.
This will mark WDD’s second year as title sponsor for YMI’s Fall Breakfast, with a record $30,000 raised at the 2014 event. YMI’s main fundraising event raises both financial support and awareness. Community, education, business and civic leaders in attendance also hear about the programs impact directly from YMI mentors and mentees. In order to meet the 2015‐2016 program growth plans and to expand into the Intermediate grades, the organization is looking to raise $50,000 at this year’s event.
Darren Heil, Founder and Director of Community Engagement said, “We have a vision of growing a mentoring community in Fishers and a goal to mentor 600 students each year by 2020. WDD Software helps make this possible! Their continued support enables YMI to positively impact the Fishers community.”

YMI is a non‐profit organization that has vetted, equipped and matched adult mentors to students in local schools since 2008. Through one‐on‐one, weekly, school‐based sessions these YMI mentors encourage students to reach their fullest potential.
