Please welcome WDD Marketing Director, Teresa Tatum! Teresa made her way to WDD from local creative agency SmallBox. In her new role, she’ll work collaboratively with our business development team to build on and grow WDD’s already solid reputation in central Indiana and beyond. And now, some Q&A with our newest team member:
What brought you to WDD?
I’m constantly saying how Indy is the biggest small town. Having worked in the agency world for the last few years, I came to know WDD through some of my client work and through many of my former teammates. I knew the company had a commitment to serving the community, a familial team dynamic and an authentic approach to relationship building. The stars kind of aligned as WDD sought to get more strategic about branding and marketing, and I wanted to take on a more focused and ambitious marketing role!
What do you want to be when you grow up?
Happy, fulfilled and balanced. I want my daughter and family to be proud of me.
What’s your beverage of choice?
I’ll take a margarita or Bell’s Two Hearted, please.
What is the funniest thing that has happened to you recently?
My daughter and I were at the Fashion Mall meeting the Easter bunny, and we ran into Paul George at Pottery Barn Kids. I’m a lifelong Pacers fan, so I was really excited. I’m pretty shy though, so after strolling slowly around the store and finally buying an overpriced sleepy kitten doll, I still couldn’t work up the courage to ask for a picture! But now I have a funny story to tell.
