Higher education is constantly being challenged. Over the past 10 years, many of our clients have harnessed the power of technology to serve more students. By coupling innovation with the right technologies, we can create a more impactful and accessible learning experience for all students.
These innovations demonstrate our commitment to addressing the unique challenges of universities, financial aid agencies, and career planning organizations.
Student-Ready Strategies (SRS) is a consulting firm that partners with universities to establish effective diversity policies. While their expertise is invaluable, scaling their services presented a hurdle due to the need for highly specialized (human) consultants.
Our solution? A user-friendly platform that empowers SRS to create information modules, similar to online courses. These modules guide universities through the policy creation process, educating them on best practices and gathering their input. At the culmination of each module, a policy document is automatically generated, saving valuable time and resources.
The real question was asked, do these policies actually make a difference? The platform tracks the outcomes of implemented policies, ensuring they achieve the desired results. This data-driven approach empowers SRS to continuously refine its services and make a lasting impact on campus diversity and student success.
The Indiana Commission for Higher Education (CHE) oversees financial aid for all students in the state. ScholarTrack, the brainchild of this collaboration, is a software solution streamlining the financial aid process for students, schools, and CHE staff.
Students use ScholarTrack to apply for financial aid effortlessly, while the software leverages automation to make informed award decisions. Schools benefit from real-time student aid status updates, allowing them to better support their students. Meanwhile, CHE gains a comprehensive view of the financial aid landscape, enabling optimized resource allocation and outcome reporting to the Indiana Legislature.
CHEDDS is a robust database that houses decades of financial aid information for the State of Indiana. This treasure trove of data empowers CHE to make informed decisions regarding financial aid allocations each year.
CHEDDS not only serves CHE’s internal needs but also provides schools with insights into student financial aid trends, helping them tailor aid packages more effectively.
Futuriti is a collaborative effort between three Kentucky agencies: the Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE), the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE), and KYStats. This innovative platform aims to empower all Kentuckians–not just college students–to explore career opportunities within the state.
Futuriti boasts a user-friendly website built on a custom content management system (CMS). This system seamlessly integrates data from KYStats, allowing users to search for career opportunities in Kentucky tailored to their interests. The “Future Finder” tool, a key feature of Futuriti, guides users to confidently navigate the path to their desired careers.

These are just four innovative projects that represent a mere glimpse into the transformative potential of technology in higher education. By collaborating with visionary organizations like SRS, CHE, and the Kentucky agencies behind Futuriti, we are paving the way for a brighter future for students, educators, and institutions.
