At Counterpart, we believe technology should empower individuals and communities. We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Futuriti, a groundbreaking digital platform designed to help Kentuckians of all ages explore and plan their education and career paths. Developed in collaboration with the Commonwealth Education Continuum (CEC), Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE), Kentucky Center for Statistics (KYSTATS), and the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE), Futuriti is more than a tool—it’s a movement.

A Culture Shift for Career and Education Planning

Futuriti goes beyond traditional career guidance. It shifts how education, workforce development, and career planning connect in Kentucky. The platform integrates real-time, Kentucky-specific education and labor market data to give users a clear, informed path forward.

“Futuriti is meant not just to be a campaign to encourage higher education, but to be a culture shift that will merge the separation between high school, college, and careers into one systematic approach to building a well-educated Kentucky workforce,” said Amanda Ellis, Vice President of Student Access and Success at CPE.

How Futuriti Helps Kentuckians Take Charge of Their Futures

Futuriti offers three key sections to help users navigate their education and career journeys:

  • Choose Your Career Path – Through the Future Finder tool, users can explore careers that match their skills and interests while discovering the necessary education and credentials to qualify. Unsure where to start? Career quizzes can help provide direction.
  • Continue Your Education – This section highlights Kentucky’s many educational opportunities, including universities, community colleges, technical programs, and apprenticeships. It also connects users with financial aid and scholarship resources.
  • Start Your Career – Once users have the education they need, Futuriti helps them take the next step with resume-building tools, interview preparation guides, and access to job openings through the Kentucky Career Center’s portal.

A Collaboration for Impact

Building Futuriti has been an exciting journey, made possible through collaboration with dedicated partners. At Counterpart, we take pride in creating solutions that make a real difference.

“Our work is exciting and fulfilling, especially when we partner with teams championing an initiative that will positively impact so many lives,” shares Drew Linn, CEO of Counterpart.
