Every quarter the WDD Team gets together to vote and choose the upcoming quarter’s WDD Culture purchase–another one of WDD’s perkanalities. This can range anywhere from a trip to Chicago, an Indians game, an office pool table or video game stations. This past quarter the staff voted to choose a full-size glass-front drink refrigerator and repurpose a mostly unused storage closet to a self-serve drink station.
With this year’s unusually warm Spring, lots of outdoor activities have been thrown around. A couple months ago (during the cold Winter) we had growing interest in getting a new treadmill workstation or two for the office.
