Our friends at Youth Mentoring Initiative (YMI) are taking to the roof for the next three days to fund 100 mentor-student matches in the Hamilton Southeastern School District. During the “YMI On The Roof” event, Executive Director Todd Melloh and other YMI team members will remain on the top floor of the Edge Building and other businesses in downtown Fishers until the goal is met.
But you don’t have to find them in person to show your support. YMI is using AppToGive, a WDD-created web-based fundraising application, to reach and engage supporters throughout the city and beyond, creating an interactive experience to boot. The YMI team will be live streaming and accepting donations to the organization for the next three days, July 17-19, all from a custom AppToGive web page.
WDD’s passion for mentoring initiatives dates back many years. We’re proud to continue supporting YMI, an organization that has spent nearly a decade vetting, equipping and matching adult mentors to students.
Check out YMI On the Roof to see the team in action and to get involved.
