This has been a big quarter for NPCA, as they officially launched their new software platform, Phoenix! The term “Association Management System” doesn’t come close to capturing the true capacity and capabilities that Phoenix has to offer.
This system combines every department’s need into one connected platform. We had multiple working sessions with each department so we could tailor the software to their operational workflows.
“In my 30+ year career in the not-for-profit industry Phoenix is by far superior to all other products I have used over the years – both customized and packaged software programs!” Brenda Ibitz, Vice President of Development said.

Instead of buying an off-the-shelf product and paying hundreds of thousands to customize it, we built an entire system from scratch for a comparable price. We leveraged their existing core data to add previously unmatched value to their organization and create new innovative workflows that save precious time.
